The PSI App is exclusively designed for retailers and field force personnel ("Users") who manage customer mobile phone EMI sales and financial transactions. Customers do not have login access to the App or Site.

User Information:

• User name and mobile number (used for authentication)

• Digital signature

Customer Information (added by Users)

Users may input the following information for record-keeping and EMI management:

• Customer name and mobile number

• Device EMI details (paid, pending, total amounts, installment schedules)

• Device IMEI numbers (IMEI 1 and IMEI 2)

• Customer signature

• Photos and supporting documents

• Transaction history and payment records

• To facilitate secure User authentication and access management

• To help Users manage customer EMI records and payment tracking

• To maintain accurate financial transaction and compliance records

• To provide analytics and insights for business operations

• To improve application features, security, and user experience

• To provide customer support and resolve technical issues

All data is stored securely on encrypted servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
